2024 went by in the blink of an eye! Wishing you a joyful holiday season and a prosperous New Year! Here are some H0s for 2025.
H0: AI Agents will define 2025.
We’ll witness the commoditization of foundational models and an industry-wide land grab in sectors like finance, insurance, and healthcare.
H0: Churn becomes the ultimate metric.
As AI takes over CFO checkbooks, differentiation will matter more than ever—because not all AI is created equal.
H0: AI regulation will start to catch up in Europe.
With AI’s rapid adoption, 2025 will see the emergence of stricter policies and ethical guidelines, forcing companies to balance innovation with compliance.

Things to keep in mind when pitching your AI startup:
1 - Define the problem. If it’s not a business case, it’s not a pitch.
2 - Don’t throw AI at it. Real-world problems need real-world solutions.
3 - Understand the situation. No amount of LLMs will fix a lack of context.
4 - All problems are people problems. Technology is the how, not the why.
5 - ROI > Solutions. Customers care about impact, not buzzwords.
